- Three to five days' notice gives us the best chance of getting the date and time you want. Short-notice moves still happen, so if the move is tomorrow, call us. We will tell you honestly if we can make it work.
- Yes. Boxes, bubble wrap, furniture blankets, and stretch film all come with the quote. You do not buy or source a thing.
- Yes. We work weekends and evenings to fit around your day. Public holidays depend on team availability, but we cover most of them. Call us and we will tell you straight.
- Yes. Moves between the two are everyday work, in either direction. Same team, same truck, one flat fee for the whole journey.
- Our team treats everything like it is theirs, so damage is rare. If it happens and it is on us, we tell you and we put it right. No runaround.
- Yes. One flat fee covers everything the move needs. We do not add line items after we see the place. If the quote was off, that's ours to absorb. If you want extra services, like painting or a deep clean, we agree the price with you first. Nothing gets added without your say-so.
- Yes, and it's included. Beds, wardrobes, dining tables, and the IKEA wardrobe you swore you would never take apart again. Our team takes them down and rebuilds them where you want them.
- A two-bedroom apartment inside Abu Dhabi usually takes four to six hours, packing included. Bigger homes, longer distances, and tight access take longer. We give you an honest estimate with the quote.
- We recommend you pack your valuables yourself. Jewellery, passports, documents, cash, and anything sentimental travel safest with you. We pack and protect everything else.
